Terms and Conditions for Endorphinery
By booking an appointment or participating in any activities at Endorphinery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions.
1. Payment:
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept only cash, no credit card.
- We accept Dominican pesos and USD. Please, bring the exact amount if you can.
2. Liability:
- Clients use our services at their own risk.
- Endorphinery is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
- Endorphinery does not offer any kind of insurance.
3. Booking and Appointments:
- All massage sessions must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required.
- Any changes to appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
- Endorphinery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Health and Safety:
- Clients are kindly requested to inform their massage therapist of any medical conditions or health concerns prior to their session.
- Endorphinery is not responsible for any injuries or health-related issues that may occur during or after the session.
- We encourage you to carefully consider your personal health needs and circumstances before booking an appointment with us.
5. Conduct:
- We kindly ask clients to respect the professional and therapeutic nature of our services.
- Please note, Endorphinery does not provide erotic massage!
- Any inappropriate behavior, including requests for erotic services, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund
6. Confidentiality and Communication:
- Please note that communication with us often takes place on public or semi-public social media platforms, which may not guarantee full confidentiality. Any private information shared directly with us will be handled respectfully and used only for scheduling, updates, and enhancing your experience with Endorphinery.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Endorphinery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
